We answer account questions, data export and deletion requests, billing issues, and anything else about beta. Include the email tied to your Apple ID sign-in if your question is about your account.
Subscriptions and refunds
beta Pro is billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, or from Manage subscription inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Export or delete your data
You can delete your account from Settings inside the app, which removes your account-linked data. For a copy of your data, email support@beta.fit with the subject "beta data export".
Privacy questions
The short version: your face photos stay on your device, scores and plans sync to your account, and nothing is sold or used for ad tracking. The full policy is at beta.fit/privacy.
