How the beta score works.

The beta score is a coaching signal. It gives you one number for where you are now, then breaks that number into the dimensions that can guide your plan.

The total score matters less than the pattern behind it. A guy with a skin gap needs a different first week than a guy whose biggest unlock is hair, grooming, or frame.

The dimensions

beta reads jaw, skin, hair, eyes, symmetry, cheekbones, proportions, and frame. Some dimensions are mostly about tracking. Others point directly to controllable work: sleep, skincare, grooming, haircut choices, posture, body composition, and clothing fit.

Why re-scans are weekly

Daily scoring would be noisy. Weekly re-scans make the signal more useful because habits need time to show up. beta anchors each re-scan to the previous one and asks you to keep capture conditions consistent so the trend is less about lighting and more about change.

What the score is not

The score is not a medical measurement, identity check, or verdict on your worth. It is an estimate for self-improvement. The useful question is not whether one number is perfect; it is which dimension deserves your next week of attention.
